  1. I only want one hour of service why don't you offer a single hour?
    The cost(s) involved in preparation, overhead, insurance and wages make a single hour of service prohibitive.
    One of the easiest way to tell if your dealing with a company that is not financially sound it that they will jump at a one hour reservation.
  2. I see the you offer one hour of service if it will work in conjunction with another run.
    We can ONLY offer a single hour of service if it will work in conjunction with another reservation. Ie. The limousine will be done in your area at 4:00 and you would like a reservation from 5:00-6:00.
  3. When can I book a one hour reservation?
    You can book anytime we have a reservation that it will work in conjunction with. Generally speaking that translates into a last minute reservation. If you want to book earlier you can do so at anytime but you will be required to meet the minimums of a primary reservation.
  4. Do you supply the alcohol?
    No we supply ice(on request) and glassware(rocks glasses and champagne flutes). It is illegal to provide alcohol in Oregon. But you may consume your own.
  5. What is an appropriate tip for the chauffeur?
    Most tiping guides recommend 15-20% just like a wait person in a nice restaurant.
  6. Does the Sedan have Ice and Glassware?
    We will supply an ice bucket and two champagne flutes in the sedan upon request.
  7. How much does it cost to go one way?
    We calculate a one way drop-off/pickup as follows: Full hourly rate while the vehicle is loaded and half rates to return empty. Ie. If you wanted to be transported two hours away you would be charged 2 hours x 1.5 = 3 billable hours.
  8. Can we smoke in the Limousine/Sedan?
    No. Oregon's smoke free workplace law ended the practice of being able to smoke in a limousine or sedan. The chauffeur will stop to allow clients to exit the vehicle and smoke as requested.
  9. If I need to cancel my reservation can I get my deposit back?
    As a general rule the answer is yes. We ask that you cancel as soon as you can so that we have the ability to fill your vacancy. Event nights are the exception. If you cancel at the last minute on an event night you may or may not receive a refund. If we can fill your vacancy we will refund your money. If the limousine/sedan is not rebooked or we are forced to take a 4 hour reservation and you booked for 8 hours you will loose your deposit. We try and be a generous as we can in returning all deposits.
